Seems like our faithful Lord still remains vigilant and faithful  unto us, and this like the worst tragedy our nation have seen in its history, but if you have been reading posts from the Rivermail elist/phorum during  the last week, the Lord was calling His people to enter into His rest. Now is the time to walk in the rest He offered us. He has provided our need before our hands have been stretched forth in request. hear and believe, hear and walk in the light of His glory. He is a faithful God.

We must look at His resting face and resolve in our hearts where we will move from here? The Lord, He is still in control, and that is why  words have been spoken through His friends the prophets, within their hearing measure, calling us to find our rest in Him . Before disaster strikes, He has revealed Himself as our Rest. The Lord has spoken in various ways to help us focus on Him, at this hour. And if He has done so, it is  safe to  assume, that He will also remain standing faithfully by our side. But we must choose.

What will we do? Will  curse answer curse? Or will evil be overcome with good? Will this country stand by the Jewish State of Israel, or will it allow to be intimidated, to recoil under the demands put upon us at this hour? Will this nation trust in the Lord or  will it cave in, into fear? The one who looks to save  his life will loose it, but the one who  lays it down at His feet, will spare not only  his life but the lives of those around  him, that may  be influenced under the light of Christ released through the testimony of those who understand.

Do not give in to the temptation to hate, and leave vengeance into His hands. Even so, justice is better than vengeance, and mercy triumphs upon both. Stand up in His rest and stretch forth your heart unto those who suffer today. This is not the end, but the beginning and many, many more innocents, will suffer before this whole thing is settled. Cry out to the Lord and sustain the hands of the feeble. Let His people be as one man under  submission in trust unto the Most High. America now the true colors of  your fabric will be revealed.

Pray for the people who will be caught in the cross fire from the nations involved in the things unfolding before us. Pray and intercede. Be strong and encourage  each other's heart to trust in the Lord our God. Remember He has always been, is and will be our only rest. Ask from Him the nations and He will heed your request, but ask unto the kingdom of God. Do not be callous to the hour of grief that is upon many families. We must be one with them. Life is not as usual, even though we have yet to hear the names and this seems like a faceless tragedy. See through the eyes of the Spirit, and seize the opportunity to exalt His Name, in obedience to His heart. Press forward, proclaim the kingdom, stand in trust. Life is not as usual, do not allow your hearts to be hardened. Dwell in His heart.
