You are the hidden pearls of His suffering
you are the jewels of His crown

For you He looked upon the cross
with such longing
He was distressed to complete its demands.
You are the just reward He looked forward
you are the precious pearl in the dark
that is being formed as  is promised
out of the hurt of His love for His bride.

You are the jewels that will crown His obedience
you are the reason and the object of His love
you are the song that sustained what he hoped for
you are His love and His passion to die.

You are the measure of leaven that hidden
right in the midst of His life and His heart
was just enough to bring Him from heaven
leaving His throne and His glory behind.

Hidden you were in the midst of His longings
hidden you were in His single desire
hidden no more you will shine for His glory
upon the brow of the One you desire.

-You are what hidden enraptured His passion
you are to be the unveiling of His heart. -
